Did you know that this moment, Jesus and God’s Holy Spirit are praying for you? Though They are not limited by Time as we are, they are this moment in Time inviting God your Father to use His abilities to help you in your present circumstances.

You can learn more about Their prayers for you in the section called His Intercessions.

“Intercession” is when one person prays on behalf of others, asking God for His intervention in their circumstances.

Sometimes you might intercede for your loved ones in locations far away from them. Other times, you might be beside them. This section is offered to help you to use God’s Word to pray for your loved ones, especially when you are beside them. God’s Word spoken aloud by you will comfort them.

Why is it recommended to pray using God’s Word?

The foundation underlying these are from verses which show that when I AM spoke the universe responded:

Psalm 33:6-9
6By the Word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all their host by the breath of His mouth.
7He gathers the waters of the sea as in a bottle; He puts the deeps in storage places.
8Let all the earth fear the Lord [respect and worship Him]; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
9For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.

Hebrews 11:1-3
1Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].
2For by [faith—trust and holy fervor born of faith] the men of old had divine testimony borne to them and obtained a good report.
3By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

1 Thessalonians 2:13
13And we also [especially] thank God continually for this, that when you received the message of God [which you heard] from us, you welcomed it not as the word of [mere] men, but as it truly is,the Word of God, which is effectually at work in you who believe [exercising its superhuman power in those who adhere to and trust in and rely on it].

Isaiah 55:8-11
8For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord.
9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.
10For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens, and return not there again, but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater,
11So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Matthew 21:22
22And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith and [really] believing, you will receive.

Jeremiah 1:12
12Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I AM alert and active, watching over My word to perform it.

These passages prove that the Word of God has tremendous creative power. When we speak His Word aloud as we are praying for our loved ones, or when we pray His Word in intercession for our loved ones, we can be assured that He is watching over His Word to perform it.

Right now, let’s focus our attention on a few verses which summarize the abilities of the One Most Able to answer our prayers.

Psalm 46:10
10Let be and be still, and know (recognize and understand) that I AM God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth!

1 Corinthians 8:6
6Yet for us there is [only] one God, the Father, Who is the Source of all things and for Whom we [have life], and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through and by Whom are all things and through and by Whom we [ourselves exist].

Revelation 4:11
11Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and dominion, for You created all things; by Your will they were [brought into being] and were created.

Colossians 1:16-17
16For it was in Him that all things were created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him.
17And He Himself existed before all things, and in Him all things consist (are held together).

John 1:3
3All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being.

Romans 11:36
36For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. [For all things originate with Him and come from Him; all things live through Him, and all things center in and tend to consummate and to end in Him.] To Him be glory forever! Amen (so be it).

Following are verses from the Bible which you can personalize for those to whom you are ministering to encourage, bless, and minister to them.

22Look to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I AM God, and there is no other.

9Saying to those who are bound, Come forth, and to those who are in [spiritual] darkness, Show yourselves [come into the light of the Sun of righteousness]. They shall feed in all the ways [in which they go], and their pastures shall be [not in deserts, but] on all the bare [grass-covered] hills.
10They will not hunger or thirst, neither will mirage [mislead] or scorching wind or sun smite [harm] them; for He Who has mercy on them will lead them, and by springs of water will He guide them.
11And I will make all My mountains a way, and My highways will be raised up.
12Behold, these shall come from afar--and, behold, these from the north and from the west, and these from the land of Sinim (China).

2Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes,
3For you will spread abroad to the right hand and to the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.

Isaiah 54:17
17But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

Isaiah 55:1-2
1Wait and listen, everyone who is thirsty! Come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Yes, come, buy [priceless, spiritual] wine and milk without money and without price [simply for the self-surrender that accepts the blessing].
2Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your earnings for what does not satisfy? Hearken diligently to Me, and eat what is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness [the profuseness of spiritual joy].

Isaiah 55:12-13
12For you shall go out [from the spiritual exile caused by sin into the homeland] with joy and be led forth [by your Leader, the Lord Himself, and His Word] with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
13Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; and it shall be to the Lord for a name of renown, for an everlasting sign [of jubilant exaltation] and memorial [to His praise], which shall not be cut off.

Isaiah 57:18-19
18I have seen his [willful] ways, but I will heal him; I will lead him also and will recompense him and restore comfort to him and to those who mourn for him.
19Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near! says the Lord; I create the fruit of his lips, and I will heal him [make his lips blossom anew with speech in thankful praise].

Isaiah 58:8-11
8Then shall your light break forth like the morning, and your healing (your restoration and the power of a new life) shall spring forth speedily; your righteousness (your rightness, your justice, and your right relationship with God) shall go before you [conducting you to peace and prosperity], and the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
9Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry, and He will say, Here I AM. If you take away from your midst yokes of oppression [wherever you find them], the finger pointed in scorn [toward the oppressed or the godly], and every form of false, harsh, unjust, and wicked speaking,
10And if you pour out that with which you sustain your own life for the hungry and satisfy the need of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in darkness, and your obscurity and gloom become like the noonday.
11And the Lord shall guide you continually and satisfy you in drought and in dry places and make strong your bones. And you shall be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters fail not.

Isaiah 59:21
21As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says the Lord: My Spirit, Who is upon you [and Who writes the law of God inwardly on the heart], and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouths of your [true, spiritual] children, or out of the mouths of your children's children, says the Lord, from henceforth and forever.
