God, Pure Love Himself, intentionally reduced Himself in size, formed Adam with His two hands and His complete attention, leaned toward Adam, and breathed into Adam’s nostrils.

Because sin had not yet entered the world, Adam’s mind was a completely pure, blank canvas.

When Father God’s breath surged LIFE into Adam, Adam opened His eyes to see the smiling, welcoming, accepting face of Pure Love.

After He formed you, God, your Father, breathed His LIFE into you. The psalmist exclaimed:

Psalm 139:1-18
1O Lord, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me.
2You know my downsitting and my uprising; You understand my thought afar off.
3You sift and search out my path and my lying down, and You are acquainted with all my ways.
4For there is not a word in my tongue [still unuttered], but, behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.
5You have beset me and shut me in--behind and before, and You have laid Your hand upon me.
6Your [infinite] knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high above me, I cannot reach it.
7Where could I go from Your Spirit? Or where could I flee from Your presence?
8If I ascend up into heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol (the place of the dead), behold, You are there.
9If I take the wings of the morning or dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
10Even there shall Your hand lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me.
11If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me and the night shall be [the only] light about me,
12Even the darkness hides nothing from You, but the night shines as the day; the darkness and the light are both alike to You.
13For You did form my inward parts; You did knit me together in my mother's womb.
14I will confess and praise You for You are fearful and wonderful and for the awful [awe-inspiring] wonder of my birth! Wonderful are Your works, and that my inner self knows right well.
15My frame was not hidden from You when I was being formed in secret [and] intricately and curiously wrought [made, as if embroidered with various colors] in the depths of the earth [a region of darkness and mystery].
16Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and in Your book all the days [of my life] were written before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them.
17How precious and weighty also are Your thoughts toward me, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
18If I could count them, they would be more in number than the sand. When I awoke, [could I count to the end] I would still be with You.

Throughout the New Testament, you’ll find many verses which refer to God as Father. You’ll find many of these verses in the section He Names Himself Father.

Two other sections might be interesting to you as well:

First, Our Position As Sons offers verses which prove our promotion by God our Father from slaves to the highest position of privilege ― that of son. The position does not depend on gender, on whether you are male or female. The position depends on one thing. You must believe He has elevated you to the high rank of son and desires to relate to you that way.

In two books in the Bible, Romans and Galatians, in place of the more formal term “Father,” God invites you to call Him “Abba” ― a term of endearment.

Romans 8:15
15For [the Spirit which] you have now received [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more in bondage to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the bliss of] which we cry, Abba (Father)! Father!

Galatians 4:4-7
4But when the proper time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born subject to [the regulations of] the Law,
5To purchase the freedom of (to ransom, to redeem, to atone for) those who were subject to the Law, that we might be adopted and have sonship conferred upon us [and be recognized as God's sons].
6And because you [really] are [His] sons, God has sent the [Holy] Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, Abba (Father)! Father!
7Therefore, you are no longer a slave (bond servant) but a son; and if a son, then [it follows that you are] an heir by the aid of God, through Christ.

Second, the section Our Inheritance speaks of a slightly different promotion ― from orphan to heir. While some of us might not have the physical circumstances endured by the world’s orphans, we might act like orphans. That is, we might fight and struggle for every scrap of food, every small joy, every good thing, when, in fact, God, our Father, stands ready to hand those very things to us if only we ask. Sadly, though God doesn’t want us to live our lives as orphans, we make the choices to do so.

In John 16:27 Jesus, Who cannot lie, affirms that God the Father tenderly loves you. Keep the word “tenderly” in your mind as you read the following verses from the Bible.

God, Who names Himself your Father, assures:

Deuteronomy 5:29
29Oh, that they had such a [mind and] heart in them always [reverently] to fear Me and keep all My commandments, that it might go well with them and with their children forever!

Deuteronomy 6:5-7
5And you shall love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being and with all your might.
6And these words which I am commanding you this day shall be [first] in your [own] minds and hearts; [then]
7You shall whet and sharpen them so as to make them penetrate, and teach and impress them diligently upon the [minds and] hearts of your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up.

Deuteronomy 12:28
28Be watchful and obey all these words which I command you, that it may go well with you and with your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the sight of the Lord your God.

Deuteronomy 16:11
11And you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your son and daughter, your manservant and maidservant, and the Levite who is within your towns, the stranger or temporary resident, the fatherless, and the widow who are among you, at the place in which the Lord your God chooses to make His Name [and His Presence] dwell.

Isaiah 43:4-7
4Because you are precious in My sight and honored, and because I love you, I will give men in return for you and peoples in exchange for your life.
5Fear not, for I AM with you; I will bring your offspring from the east and gather you from the west.
6I will say to the north, Give up! and to the south, Keep not back. Bring My sons from afar and My daughters from the ends of the earth--
7Even everyone who is called by My name, whom I have created for My glory, whom I have formed, whom I have made.

Isaiah 43:18-21
18Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old.
19Behold, I AM doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
20The beasts of the field honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen,
21The people I formed for Myself, that they may set forth My praise [and they shall do it].

Isaiah 44:3-4
3For I will pour [My] water upon him who is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground. I will pour My Spirit upon your offspring, and My blessing upon your descendants.
4And they shall spring up among the grass like willows or poplars by the watercourses.

Isaiah 44:24
24Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, and He Who formed you from the womb: I AM the Lord, Who made all things, Who alone stretched out the heavens, Who spread out the earth by Myself [who was with Me]?

Isaiah 45:12
12I made the earth and created man upon it. I, with My hands, stretched out the heavens, and I commanded all their host.

Isaiah 48:18-19
18Oh, that you had hearkened to My commandments! Then your peace and prosperity would have been like a flowing river, and your righteousness [the holiness and purity of the nation] like the [abundant] waves of the sea.
19Your offspring would have been like the sand, and your descendants like the offspring of the sea; their name would not be cut off or destroyed from before Me.

Isaiah 49:15-16
15[And the Lord answered] Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet I will not forget you.
16Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; your walls are continually before Me.

Isaiah 49:24-25
24Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captives of the just be delivered?
25For thus says the Lord: Even the captives of the mighty will be taken away, and the prey of the terrible will be delivered; for I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will give safety to your children and ease them.

Isaiah 54:1-4
1 Sing, O barren one, you who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child! For the [spiritual] children of the desolate one will be more than the children of the married wife, says the Lord.
2Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes,
3For you will spread abroad to the right hand and to the left; and your offspring will possess the nations and make the desolate cities to be inhabited.
4Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed; neither be confounded and depressed, for you shall not be put to shame. For you shall forget the shame of your youth, and you shall not [seriously] remember the reproach of your widowhood any more.

Isaiah 59:21
21As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says the Lord: My Spirit, Who is upon you [and Who writes the law of God inwardly on the heart], and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouths of your [true, spiritual] children, or out of the mouths of your children's children, says the Lord, from henceforth and forever.

Isaiah 60:1-5
1Arise [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you--rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!
2For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples, but the Lord shall arise upon you, and His glory shall be seen on you.
3And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
4Lift up your eyes round about you and see! They all gather themselves together, they come to you. Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried and nursed in the arms.
5Then you shall see and be radiant, and your heart shall thrill and tremble with joy [at the glorious deliverance] and be enlarged; because the abundant wealth of the Sea shall be turned to you, unto you shall the nations come with their treasures.

Isaiah 65:21-23
21They shall build houses and inhabit them, and they shall plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them.
22They shall not build and another inhabit; they shall not plant and another eat [the fruit]. For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people, and My chosen and elect shall long make use of and enjoy the work of their hands.
23They shall not labor in vain or bring forth [children] for sudden terror or calamity; for they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them.

5Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.
6Then said I, Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am only a youth.
7But the Lord said to me, Say not, I am only a youth; for you shall go to all to whom I shall send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.
8Be not afraid of them [their faces], for I AM with you to deliver you, says the Lord.
9Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth. And the Lord said to me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth.
10See, I have this day appointed you to the oversight of the nations and of the kingdoms to root out and pull down, to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.

Jeremiah 3:19
19And I thought how [gloriously and honorably] I would set you among My children and give you a pleasant land, a goodly heritage, the most beautiful and best [inheritance] among all nations! And I thought you would call Me My Father and would not turn away from following Me.

    23Thus says the Lord: Let not the wise and skillful person glory and boast in his wisdom and skill; let not the mighty and powerful person glory and boast in his strength and power; let not the person who is rich [in physical gratification and earthly wealth] glory and boast in his [temporal satisfactions and earthly] riches;
24But let him who glories glory in this: that he understands and knows Me [personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing My character], that I AM the Lord, Who practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth, for in these things I delight, says the Lord.

Jeremiah 29:5-7
5Build yourselves houses and dwell in them; plant gardens and eat the fruit of them.
6Take wives and have sons and daughters; take wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, that they may bear sons and daughters; multiply there, and do not be diminished.
7And seek (inquire for, require, and request) the peace and welfare of the city to which I have caused you to be carried away captive; and pray to the Lord for it, for in the welfare of [the city in which you live] you will have welfare.

Jeremiah 30:19-20
19Out of them [city and palace] will come songs of thanksgiving and the voices of those who make merry. And I will multiply them, and they will not be few; I will also glorify them, and they will not be small.

40And I will make an everlasting covenant with them: I will not turn away from following them to do them good, and I will put My [reverential] fear in their hearts, so that they will not depart from Me.
41Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly and in truth with My whole heart and with My whole being.

14And I shall put My Spirit in you and you shall live, and I shall place you in your own land. Then you shall know, understand, and realize that I the Lord have spoken it and performed it, says the Lord.

Joel 2:28-29
28And afterward I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.

Malachi 3:16-18
16Then those who feared the Lord talked often one to another; and the Lord listened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who reverenced and worshipfully feared the Lord and who thought on His name.
17And they shall be Mine, says the Lord of hosts, in that day when I publicly recognize and openly declare them to be My jewels (My special possession, My peculiar treasure). And I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him.
18Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who does not serve Him.

Acts 2:17
17And it shall come to pass in the last days, God declares, that I will pour out of My Spirit upon all mankind, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy [telling forth the divine counsels] and your young men shall see visions (divinely granted appearances), and your old men shall dream [divinely suggested] dreams.

2 Corinthians 6:18
18And I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.

Revelation 21:5-7
5And He Who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new. Also He said, Record this, for these sayings are faithful (accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy) and true (genuine).
6And He [further] said to me, It is done! I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the fountain (springs) of the water of Life.
7He who is victorious shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son.

In John 16:27, Jesus assures, "For the Father Himself tenderly loves you."

Jesus continues:

Matthew 5:2-9
2Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying:
3Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous--with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!
4Blessed and enviably happy [with a happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His matchless grace] are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted!
5Blessed (happy, blithesome, joyous, spiritually prosperous--with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the meek (the mild, patient, long-suffering), for they shall inherit the earth!
6Blessed and fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be completely satisfied!
7Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous--with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy!
8Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous--possessing the happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!
9Blessed (enjoying enviable happiness, spiritually prosperous--with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!

Matthew 5:45
45 To show that you are the children of your Father Who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and makes the rain fall upon the upright and the wrongdoers [alike].

Matthew 7:7-11
7Keep on asking and it will be given you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be opened to you.
8For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the door] will be opened.
9Or what man is there of you, if his son asks him for a loaf of bread, will hand him a stone?
10Or if he asks for a fish, will hand him a serpent?
11If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more will your Father Who is in heaven [perfect as He is] give good and advantageous things to those who keep on asking Him!

Luke 7:35
    35Yet [God’s] wisdom is vindicated ( shown to be true and divine) by all her children [by their life, character, and deeds]. {See Proverbs 8:1-31.}

Luke 11:9-13
9So I say to you, Ask and keep on asking and it shall be given you; seek and keep on seeking and you shall find; knock and keep on knocking and the door shall be opened to you.
10For everyone who asks and keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and keeps on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and keeps on knocking, the door shall be opened.
11What father among you, if his son asks for a loaf of bread, will give him a stone; or if he asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent?
12Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?
13If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good gifts [gifts that are to their advantage] to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and continue to ask Him!

Hebrews 2:13
13And again He [Jesus] says, My trust and assured reliance and confident hope shall be fixed in Him. And yet again, Here I AM, I and the children whom God has given Me.

Revelation 21:1-7
1Then I saw a new sky (heaven) and a new earth, for the former sky and the former earth had passed away (vanished), and there no longer existed any sea.
    2And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, all arrayed like a bride beautified and adorned for her husband;
3Then I heard a mighty voice from the throne and I perceived its distinct words, saying, See! The abode of God is with men, and He will live (encamp, tent) among them; and they shall be His people, and God shall personally be with them and be their God.
4God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.

Psalmists proclaimed:

Psalm 22:8-10
8He trusted and rolled himself on the Lord, that He would deliver him. Let Him deliver him, seeing that He delights in him!
9Yet You are He Who took me out of the womb; You made me hope and trust when I was on my mother's breasts.
10I was cast upon You from my very birth; from my mother's womb You have been my God.

Psalm 25:4-13
4Show me Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths.
5Guide me in Your truth and faithfulness and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You [You only and altogether] do I wait [expectantly] all the day long.
6Remember, O Lord, Your tender mercy and loving-kindness; for they have been ever from of old.
7Remember not the sins (the lapses and frailties) of my youth or my transgressions; according to Your mercy and steadfast love remember me, for Your goodness' sake, O Lord.
8Good and upright is the Lord; therefore will He instruct sinners in [His] way.
9He leads the humble in what is right, and the humble He teaches His way.
10All the paths of the Lord are mercy and steadfast love, even truth and faithfulness are they for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.
11For Your Name's sake, O Lord, pardon my iniquity and my guilt, for [they are] great.
12Who is the man who reverently fears and worships the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way that he should choose.
13He himself shall dwell at ease, and his offspring shall inherit the land.

Psalm 27:10
10Although my father and my mother have forsaken me, yet the Lord will take me up [adopt me as His child].

Psalm 33:10-22
10The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nought [nothing]; He makes the thoughts and plans of the peoples of no effect.
11The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart through all generations.
12Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He has chosen as His heritage.
    13The Lord looks from heaven, He beholds all the sons of men;
14From His dwelling place He looks [intently] upon all the inhabitants of the earth--
15He Who fashions the hearts of them all, Who considers all their doings.
16No king is saved by the great size and power of his army; a mighty man is not delivered by [his] much strength.
17A horse is devoid of [lacks] value for victory; neither does he deliver any by his great power.
18Behold, the Lord's eye is upon those who fear Him [who revere and worship Him with awe], who wait for Him and hope in His mercy and loving-kindness,
19To deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20Our inner selves wait [earnestly] for the Lord; He is our Help and our Shield.
21For in Him does our heart rejoice, because we have trusted (relied on and been confident) in His holy Name.
22Let Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, be upon us, in proportion to our waiting and hoping for You.

Psalm 37:23-26
23The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step].
24Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord grasps his hand in support and upholds him.
25I have been young and now am old, yet have I not seen the [uncompromisingly] righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread.
26All day long they are merciful and deal graciously; they lend, and their offspring are blessed.

Psalm 37:27-40
27Depart from evil and do good; and you will dwell forever [securely].
28For the Lord delights in justice and forsakes not His saints; they are preserved forever, but the offspring of the wicked [in time] shall be cut off.
29[Then] the [consistently] righteous shall inherit the land and dwell upon it forever.
30The mouth of the [uncompromisingly] righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks with justice.
31The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
32The wicked lie in wait for the [uncompromisingly] righteous and seek to put them to death.
33The Lord will not leave them in their hands, or [suffer them to] condemn them when they are judged.
34Wait for and expect the Lord and keep and heed His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; [in the end] when the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
35I have seen a wicked man in great power and spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil,
36Yet he passed away, and behold, he was not; yes, I sought and inquired for him, but he could not be found.
37Mark the blameless man and behold the upright, for there is a happy end for the man of peace.
38As for transgressors, they shall be destroyed together; in the end the wicked shall be cut off.
39But the salvation of the [consistently] righteous is of the Lord; He is their Refuge and secure Stronghold in the time of trouble.
40And the Lord helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they trust and take refuge in Him.

Psalm 71:1-8
1In You, O Lord, do I put my trust and confidently take refuge; let me never be put to shame or confusion!
2Deliver me in Your righteousness and cause me to escape; bow down Your ear to me and save me!
3Be to me a rock of refuge in which to dwell, and a sheltering stronghold to which I may continually resort, which You have appointed to save me, for You are my Rock and my Fortress.
4Rescue me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the grasp of the unrighteous and ruthless man.
5For You are my hope; O Lord God, You are my trust from my youth and the source of my confidence.
6Upon You have I leaned and relied from birth; You are He Who took me from my mother's womb and You have been my benefactor from that day. My praise is continually of You.
7I am as a wonder and surprise to many, but You are my strong refuge.
8My mouth shall be filled with Your praise and with Your honor all the day.

Psalm 78:6-7
6That the generation to come might know them, that the children still to be born might arise and recount them to their children,
7That they might set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but might keep His commandments

Psalm 80:14-19
14Turn again, we beseech You, O God of hosts! Look down from heaven and see, visit, and have regard for this vine!
15[Protect and maintain] the stock which Your right hand planted, and the branch (the son) that You have reared and made strong for Yourself.
16They have burned it with fire, it is cut down; may they perish at the rebuke of Your countenance.
17Let Your hand be upon the man of Your right hand, upon the son of man whom You have made strong for Yourself.
18Then will we not depart from You; revive us (give us life) and we will call upon Your Name.
19Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; cause Your face to shine [in pleasure, approval, and favor on us], and we shall be saved!

Psalm 90:16
16Let Your work [the signs of Your power] be revealed to Your servants, and Your [glorious] majesty to their children.

Psalm 97:10
10O you who love the Lord, hate evil; He preserves the lives of His saints (the children of God), He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

Psalm 102:18-20
18Let this be recorded for the generation yet unborn, that a people yet to be created shall praise the Lord.
19For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary, from heaven did the Lord behold the earth,
20To hear the sighing and groaning of the prisoner, to loose those who are appointed to death.

Psalm 103:10-13
10He has not dealt with us after our sins nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great are His mercy and loving-kindness toward those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him.
12As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13As a father loves and pities [has compassion on] his children, so the Lord loves and pities those who fear Him [with reverence, worship, and awe].

Psalm 103:17-22
17But the mercy and loving-kindness of the Lord are from everlasting to everlasting upon those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him, and His righteousness is to children's children
18To such as keep His covenant [hearing, receiving, loving, and obeying it] and to those who [earnestly] remember His commandments to do them [imprinting them on their hearts].
19The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.
20Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His commandments, hearkening to the voice of His word.
21Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, all you His hosts, you His ministers who do His pleasure.
22Bless the Lord, all His works in all places of His dominion; bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul!
